They're apparently not in the newsletters, but note this message at the top of the Q2 Builder Tips section on Newsletter 15 Page 5: Quote Q2 Plans Addendum sheets i through xii should be in the hands of each builder. I verified that they are in the Appendix file of the Q2/200 Info Package available in the store here. Looking forward, the newsletter downloads are painful to use, and I'd like to migrate to be available here as part of the Canard Zone. There are many more tips scattered through the Newsletter, but not with those codes. I've tried to extract them all and put them in some sort of logical order. On a similar note, the official plan changes also skipped a bunch, but I managed to find a few from other sources, and I suspect the remaining missing ones may have been superceded.
